Before You Buy I want you to love what you order! Please check my sizing chart carefully and measure yourself before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, just send me a message through my contact page — I'm happy to help you find the perfect fit! 😊

Returns Window I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in their original condition.

Exchanges & Store Credit I'm happy to offer an exchange or store credit —
whichever works best for you! Just get in touch and I'll make it happen, subject to availability.

Sale Items Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only (no cash refunds, sorry!).

Faulty Items If something arrives faulty, I've got you covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act — just reach out and I'll make it right.

Return Shipping Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake.
